INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLAGIARISM CHECK
Notification - UGC Regulation For prevention of Plagiarism UGC (Promotion of Academic Integrity and Prevention of Plagiarism in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2018 New Delhi, dt.23.07.2018 vide Ref. No.:F. 1-18/2010(CPP-II).
Important Note: Please read the instructions carefully for Plagiarism check & submission of documents:-
- Instructions for final Submission of the documents: The PG/M.Phil/Ph.D students shall submit the following applications form duly filled and signed along with their final thesis/dissertation (in pdf) in order for checking and generating the plagiarism report.
- Application for Similarity Check Report. (PDF)
- Declaration Of Originality. (PDF)
Note:- - Please ensure your document should be FINAL and ready for submission.
- All Chapters should be combined to make a single file starting from Introduction to Conclusion for analysis.
- For regional language, the document must be prepared using Unicode compliant font otherwise plagiarism check cannot be performed. Google Input Tool/ Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool (ILIT) support typing of Indian language text in Unicode compliant format.
- University has permitted similarity up to 10% (as per UGC Regulation, 2018).
- The SIMILARITY REPORT will be issued within 03 working days.
- This service is limited to university academic community.
After plagiarism checking, if the similarity report is 10% or below 10%, then only final printing can be done by the research students.
- Issuing of no dues Certificate by Central Library: "No Dues Certificate" will be issued to the research students only after checking the plagiarism report, final CD (soft copy) & hard copies of the thesis & dissertation.
