What is Current Content Service?

"Central Library Subscribed to very limited and important print Journals and Magazines for each and every departments of the University. It is very difficult for all the faculty members and users of the Central Library to visit the Library and read all the subscribed printed journals/magazines. Generally in every ten days, Central Library receives journals and magazines from the supplier. The received journals and magazines are than processed and the content pages are highlighted through this service, so that the faculties and users of the Central Library get acquainted with the recent arrivals and current information.

Current Content Service (CCS) is a mode of digestive information service through which the information regarding the recent addition of periodicals can be informed promptly to the users in a packaged form. It is a system of getting knowledge on recent development, and especially those developments which relate to the special interest of the individual by highlighting the contents. Its unique feature is the ability to access each and every content pages of the periodicals added to the Central Library's collection."
